⚠️ Important: Due to the nature of wellness, peptide, and consumable products, please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. General Rule — All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of wellness, injectable, and consumable products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. SlimSure does not accept returns or issue refunds except in the limited circumstances outlined below.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered where an incorrect product was supplied. No other exceptions apply.

⏰ Time Sensitive: All claims must be submitted within 24–48 hours of delivery, supported by clear photographic evidence of the issue. Claims submitted after this window will not be considered.

No returns will be accepted without prior written approval from SlimSure. To initiate a claim:

  1. Email support@slimsure.co.za within 24–48 hours of delivery
  2. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue
  3. Await written approval before returning any product
  4. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method only. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
