1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and South African public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days depending on your location within South Africa. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

3. Courier Services

SlimSure uses reputable third-party courier providers for all deliveries. Once your order has been dispatched, risk of loss transfers to the customer. SlimSure is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by courier services once the order has left our facility.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete delivery details at checkout
• Being available to receive the parcel during business hours
• Ensuring someone is available to sign for the delivery if required
• Updating SlimSure promptly if delivery details change

SlimSure is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Tracking details will be issued via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use these details to monitor your delivery status directly with the courier.
